Elizabeth Pitera

Elizabeth Pitera is the Intake Coordinator at Shore Clinical TMS, where she plays a key role in managing patient intake, coordinating care, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all patients. In addition to her administrative expertise, she is also a skilled TMS and Spravato technician, providing hands-on support during treatment sessions to help patients achieve optimal results.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stockton University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rider University, with plans to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Her dedication to mental health, combined with her academic pursuits, reflects her passion for helping individuals improve their well-being.

When she’s not working or studying, Elizabeth enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle by lifting weights, experimenting with new recipes, and immersing herself in good books.

Vanessa Vu

Vanessa Vu is our devoted Spravato/TMS Technician, carrying a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. With her prior experience in customer service roles, Vanessa is equipped with the interpersonal and communication skills to help patients feel at ease and welcome in our clinic. She is dedicated to making both TMS and Spravato as seamless and comfortable as can be for patients with her meticulous technique and keen eye for details.

During her free time, Vanessa finds relaxation in reading the latest novels both digitally and hard-copies. She also has a passion for creativity and art leading her to pick up hobbies in makeup and nails.

With a passion for learning, Vanessa plans to continue her education and pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology to further help those struggling with mental disorders. This drive is undoubtedly invaluable to our team.

Kelise Gibson

Kelise Gibson is our dedicated TMS Coordinator. She works closely with TMS and Spravato patients where she plays a crucial role in facilitating treatment for patients with various mental health conditions. She holds a BS in psychology with a minor in behavioral neuroscience from Stockton University and uses her knowledge of brain and behavior to strengthen our team at Shore Clinical TMS. Before joining our team, Kelise worked with adolescents with autism as a behavior technician, which equipped her with valuable insights into behavioral analysis and intervention strategies. She wishes to continue her education and reach her career goals by obtaining her PsyD in clinical psychology with a concentration in neuroscience to advocate for and provide affordable healthcare for marginalized and underrepresented groups. Outside of the office, Kelise enjoys bowling, traveling, cooking, binge watching shows, and taking care of her dog to relax and unwind. Her dedication to improving the lives of others, combined with her outgoing, friendly personality and her expertise in behavioral science, allows her to provide compassionate and effective care to our patients.

Jordan Health

Jordan Health has been with the office for over two years now as a TMS Technician. She has been a crucial part of the practice success. She has a bachelors in Health Science and is pursuing her Masters in Social Work. Her passion in life is to help others be the best version of themselves.

Timothy Luu

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University, Timothy Luu brings his strong foundation in the technical aspects of medical devices and clinical care to Shore Clinical TMS. His patient-first mindset and detail-oriented approach help create a compassionate and professional treatment environment. Outside of the office, Timothy enjoys building and repairing computers, watching film and TV, and enjoying his dog’s company.

Hannah McErlain

Hannah McErlain is a dedicated TMS Technician who brings positivity, optimism, and a deep commitment to mental health advocacy to our practice. Passionate about helping others build the lives they envision, Hannah strives to make a meaningful impact in her community and beyond.

She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Health Studies from William Paterson University’s Honors College, providing her with a strong academic foundation in mental health and wellness. Currently, Hannah is pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rowan University and is on track to graduate in May 2025. She looks forward to becoming a licensed therapist and continuing to support individuals on their journey to well-being.

Avory Hunter

Avory Hunter provides IV and IM ketamine treatments at Shore Clinical TMS. Prior to this, she obtained her bachelor’s of science in nursing from Duquesne University and her master's from Bloomsburg University. She has years of ICU experience and along the way, found a passion for mental health care. She is devoted to her patients and creating a positive environment for treatment.

Outside of the office, Avory enjoys going for hikes with her dogs, traveling with her husband, and going to sporting events. She looks forward to supporting individuals on their mental health journey.

Administrative Staff

Akil Sirguroh

Graduating from Case Western Reserve University with a BA in Chemical Biology and MS in Healthcare Management, Akil Sirguroh brings a broad set of skills and a wealth of knowledge to this practice. His previous experience as a medical scribe has allowed him to garner a large scope of understanding of the medical field. Here at Shore Clinical TMS, patients can expect to meet a kind, compassionate individual who appreciates their unique situations. As the Operations Coordinator, Akil engages in running reports on the practice, negotiating with insurance companies, creating methods to constantly improve clinical flow, utilizing administrative privileges for the EHR and other services, IT tasks around the office, and much more. Outside of work, you can find Akil playing soccer, working out, skiing, watching a new show, or simply enjoying the company of friends.

Amanda Hakes

Amanda Hakes has over 16 years of experience in the medical field as a medical assistant. She has been with the office since 2023. She is a crucial part of the team as she oversees the front office and aids in TMS procedures, MIPS, and insurance verifications. She continuously goes the extra mile for patients and ensures quality care by maintaining patient flow and confirming patient needs are met.

Nancy Matteo

Nancy Matteo has been with the office since 2019 and has been responsible for practice billing and TMS authorizations for patients. She also has experience as a medical license copy editor and about 9 years of experience as an office manager. Nancy’s efforts help our patients be covered for the TMS procedures. She is an important member of our practice family as she aids in many of the administrative requirements.

Habiba Naz

Habiba Naz is a hardworking professional who greets you at the Shore Clinical TMS front desk. Habiba graduated from Stockton University with a bachelor's degree in Health Science, and she is now committed to continuing her education by working on her master's degree. Her compassionate nature shines through every interaction as she approaches her task with enthusiasm and kindness. Habiba’s goal is to assist patients in every way she can.
